• Account and Payment Information Match: The name and email associated with your NuxLay.com account must match the name and email used for the payment (e.g., via Stripe, PayPal, etc.). If this information does not match, your refund request will not be processed.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect Product Purchase: We do not offer refunds if you have mistakenly purchased the wrong product. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
• Expired Orders: We are unable to provide a refund for any expired orders.
