Cookies Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies this website uses, why, and how you can control them. It is written to align with the EU ePrivacy Directive and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), which require consent for non-essential cookies.
Last updated: 2 November 2026. These pages are general information, not legal advice. A signed project agreement, where one exists, takes precedence for that project.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser on your device. Some are set by this website (first-party cookies) and some, if added in future, would be set by other services (third-party cookies). Cookies can be session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them.
Cookies we use today
Essential cookies: Laravel session and security (CSRF) cookies, needed to keep forms working securely and to protect against cross-site forgery. Without them, forms may not submit. Cookie-choice cookie: a browser-stored record of your cookie banner choice, so we do not ask you again on every visit. Analytics: Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics are loaded only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. They are not loaded before that choice, and they are not loaded at all if you reject analytics. No advertising or social-media tracking cookies are loaded unless you accept them.
Cookies that may be added only with your consent
Analytics cookies: Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, loaded only after you accept analytics in the banner, to understand how visitors use the site and improve it. Marketing cookies: if added in future, these would support advertising and remarketing, and would only run after you accept marketing in the banner. If we add either type, this policy and the banner will be updated before they are used.
How to control cookies
Use the cookie banner when you first visit, or “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time, to accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or save your own preferences. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — see your browser's help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or your browser of choice. Blocking essential cookies may stop forms from working. Deleting cookies in your browser will also delete your saved cookie choice, so the banner may appear again.
Do Not Track and changes
This website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because there is no agreed standard for how to do so; your cookie-banner choice is the control we provide. We will update this policy if our cookie use changes, and the updated version will be posted here. Contact NuxLay at contact@nuxlay.com or +92 323 0189006, Gulberg Green, Islamabad, Pakistan.
